In your teacher dashboard, you can monitor in real-time which students have successfully requested and confirmed an account by clicking on your class and viewing the roster. Refresh the page to see the most recent sign-ups. Your class roster will look different depending on if you are viewing it before your course begins or after.
Before your course begins:
If a student completes Step 1 (enters their information to request an account), then their name will appear in your roster followed by "Account" with a red exclamation point. If a student additionally completes Step 2 (confirms their account via email), then their name will be followed by "Account" with a green check mark. For example, in the picture below, Student 1 has an unconfirmed account and Student 2 has a confirmed account. Only students with confirmed accounts will have access to the course content. After your course begins:
If a student completes Step 1 (enters their information to request an account), then their name will appear in your roster with a message that says “Email address not yet confirmed." If a student additionally completes Step 2 (confirms their account via email), then their progress icons will appear for lessons and Daily Beats. For example, in the picture below, Student 1 has an unconfirmed account and Student 2 has a confirmed account.
Whether you are checking your student's account status before or after your course begins, you can always click on a student’s profile icon to see more information about the email they used, their account status, and their overall course progress.
