If a student claims to have finished content, but that progress does not appear on your teacher dashboard, there are a few steps to troubleshoot. First, try logging out and back into your teacher account to check again. Second, ask to see the student’s dashboard to verify that the progress appears on their account. If the progress appears on the student’s account, but not your teacher account, please email us at email@example.com. If the progress does not appear on the student’s account, remind them that they have to get to the very end for it to be recorded as complete. For example, if they close out of a Daily Beat before they see the rating screen, the Daily Beat will be recorded as incomplete.
