Students will have lifetime access to our course. They can repeat the 6 Daily Beats and choose different music genres and types of exercises than what the originally chose. Even though they experience only 6 Daily Beats during the 10-day course, they have access to 33 unique Daily Beats.
For more music options, we also created Spotify playlists we recommend listening to. You can access our Spotify playlists here. This gives teachers an option to play a (pre-screened) song out loud for the entire class to practice a music meditation together.
Students can continue to practice mindful breathing just as they learned in the course. This is a great way to continue attention training without any need for extra resources–you only need your breath!
Our researchers also wrote a book on attention training called Presence of Mind. It uses a similar framework to the one used in Finding Focus, but it explains more nuanced aspects of attention training. To dive deeper into how attention training works, you can access the book here.
