If the course is not loading properly for some of your students, there are a few steps you can take to address this. If the student is using a web browser, try refreshing the page or using a different web browser. Using an out-of-date version of a web browser can also cause issues, so you could suggest students update their browser to the newest version and try again. The student could also try using the app (Finding Focus) instead of the web browser. If the course isn’t loading on the app, try closing and re-opening the app. Most of the time, switching the way you access the course will solve the problem.
If the course is not loading for any of your students, it may be an internet issue. A classroom of students all watching videos simultaneously can use a lot of bandwidth. Talk to your IT department about how to improve the WiFi in your classroom or consider using the computer lab with ethernet connections to the internet if available. Alternatively, your school may have a filter that’s blocking our videos. This would also be something to discuss with your IT department.
If these steps don’t solve the issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
