If a student claims to have finished content, but that progress does not appear on their student dashboard, first ask them to refresh their screen or log out and then back in. If this does not fix the issue, then our digital learning platform may not have recorded their progress.
Please contact us if any of your students encounter this issue repeatedly for lessons even after completing it.
